By purchasing a puppy, the Buyer agrees to the following. Health Guarantee: All puppies are guaranteed to be in good health, free from visible infection and contagious diseases at the time of purchase. Puppies will undergo a veterinary examination at the Breeder’s clinic prior to going to their new homes. Veterinary Examination: Buyer must have the puppy examined by a veterinarian within three (3) days of receipt of puppy (excluding Sundays and holidays). Within 24 hours of the exam, the Buyer must provide the Breeder with results and a copy of all veterinary documents via email. Any health issues discovered must be reported to the Breeder within two (2) days to maintain the guarantee. Genetic Health Replacement Guarantee; If the puppy dies within one (1) year from birth due to a hereditary/genetic condition, the Breeder (as listed on AKC documents) will replace the puppy with one of comparable value within six (6) months. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the replacement puppy. If the Buyer declines the replacement, the Breeder’s obligations end, and no refunds will be issued. The guarantee covers only the original purchase price. If a replacement puppy of a higher purchase price is selected by the Buyer, the additional amount will be the Buyer's responsibility. Shipping, health certificates, and any additional fees are the Buyer’s responsibility. This guarantee is non-transferable. All puppies are sold as non-breeding pets. No guarantees are made regarding breeding potential, size, conformation, temperament, coloration, or markings. Common health issues (including cherry eye, elongated soft palate, entropion, dermatological problems, tear staining, etc.) are not covered under this guarantee. Veterinary costs for routine care—including spaying/neutering—are the Buyer’s responsibility. Shipping and Transport: Transport is arranged via third-party carriers. The Breeder is not liable for delays, injuries, or damage occurring during transit, whether due to logistics, weather, or other factors. Puppies are typically shipped as soon as may be arranged with shipping company and others involved, though the Breeder or veterinarian may delay shipping for health reasons. If a replacement puppy is issued, the original puppy must be returned at the Buyer’s expense. Care Instructions & Requirements: Bulldogs should never be left in temperatures above 70°F without air-conditioning. Use harnesses only, not collars. Puppies should not be over-exercised during growth. Failure to follow care instructions may void the guarantee. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: All deposits are non-refundable. If no puppy is available, the deposit may be transferred to the next litter. Governing Law: This contract is governed by the laws of Kaufman County, Texas, and supersedes all prior agreements.
