Stud service contract

Please review the terms and complete the details below. A signed copy will be provided to both parties.

Semen shipment
If semen is shipped, it will be sent overnight when available through FedEx or UPS. The stud owner will ship one collection of chilled semen; additional collections are available upon request.
Fees and payment
The full stud fee is due immediately upon notice of first blood. A $300 collection and shipping preparation fee applies; carrier costs may vary. Additional inseminations are $100 each.
Breeding notification
The female owner must notify the stud owner immediately upon first blood so arrangements can be made promptly. Progesterone testing through a veterinary clinic is strongly advised.
Live puppy guarantee
If the female fails to whelp or delivers fewer than two living puppies, notify the stud owner within 70 days of the final mating to arrange one re-breed. Shipping and collection fees remain the female owner's responsibility.
